Napili bay is a beautiful enclosed bay on the north shore of Maui. If you come down Napili Place and there’s a fair bit of parking with a public access walkway to the beach. The parking area on Napili is at the opposite end of the resort area so you don’t have to wind thru the resorts to get to the beach.
