I would like to take a minute to extend my deepest appreciation to Men’s Warehouse for the fourteen years of excellent service I have received and especially thank Frankie Karshbaum, the assistant manager at the store located at 509 N. Stephanie Street for her expertise, humor, wit, professionalism and great sales ability. As a retired Detective III from the Los Angeles Police Department, I am not one for change. However, today, Frankie made my wife a happy woman when she was able to visually show me how outdated and old looking my wardrobe had become and convince me to purchase some clothes that actually fit. That included two suits and two pair of jeans. To be honest, I was still wearing jeans that didn't fit and suits purchased long ago that were a size too large. While living in South America for five years, I was able to have all my suits custom tailored. As those suits have aged, I have failed to replace them. I actually debated not using Men’s Warehouse again, but was prompted to go in today, September 24 and take a suit purchased there and see if it could be altered due to some weight loss. While the suit could not be altered, and that was evident as I stood in front of a mirror, Frankie stepped in and we moved forward. As the experience with Frankie developed, both my wife and I agreed that she was one of the most professional and knowledgeable sales people working in men’s clothing we had ever met. I cannot express how great she was. I also want to express my thanks to the tailor, Rosa who allowed me to use my Spanish language while the measurements on the two suits were made. All and all, this was a five star experience for the Whitaker’s. Thanks to all involved!! Read moreAbsolutely horrible. To start I called to see if I needed to make an appointment to have my husband and the groomsman get fitted, I was told no. Then was given a very dirty look when I was asked if we had an appointment. The young lady who took all their measurements was very nice however seemed clueless when it came to their system and to measuring correctly. Then I acquired about if we rented 6 Suits, if we would get the 7th free (My Husbands), mind you the girl already knew I wasn't getting the groomsman's jackets and still let me know that my husbands would be free. There also was a Wedding Spectacular in Vegas that I had went to that they said if I signed up to make an appointment that there would be a discount as well. Store had no clue about this. Pick up day. Not only was my dad's suit big but my husband's jacket and shirt were extremely short. Then when checking out I was told we owed on my husband's suit. When asked why it was because we didn't order full suits for everyone. This is information that the young lady who helped us at the beginning should have said. My dad went to rent a suit even though he didn't need to so that we could get my husband's free. The manager at this time was nice enough to give us 1/2 price which I really appreciate him for however that should have never happened to begin with. Read moreThe very first visit was terrific and the gentleman helping us was really attentive and very nice and professional . The second time we showed up for the final fitting and the person that took care of us didn’t even do a final fitting he just said these measurements look like they haven’t changed so you should be fine. . So we drove all the way back home after a 2 minute apt. Then today.... We go to pick up the Wedding tux’s ... order for Tux rentals. We drove 1.5 hours to The Henderson Nv Men’s Wearhouse on Stephanie st to pick up tux’s and then 1.5 hours home. This is the closest location. the order is incorrect . The dress shirts were supposed to be BLACK and with a tie . Instead of getting what we ordered we got white shirts and bow ties . Very disappointed our wedding is Friday and it's too late to fix the error. When we arrived for our scheduled pick up day we were provided it was hectic and busy and we’re informed he would not be able to try on the tux for a long while due to the large party there doing theirs. That’s fine, every place gets busy and we should have checked before leaving. Since it had to be ordered I doubt it could have be n corrected there anyways. The point is, this is our wedding and is supposed to be a once in a lifetime event. It should be important to provide the customer with exactly what they order and pay for.
