I called just right now 11/25/2024 at 2:43 P.M. to check the status of my upcoming Mammogram appointment and the lady who answered the phone asked me to confirm my name. This is my first time ever needing to get a mammogram. I wasn't sure if that's what she was asking so I replied "I'm sorry". Many people are aware that that phrase is a kind and respectful short way of saying, 'My apologies, come again'. So her response was to repeat her self but she was SO NASTY. I am leaving this comment in hopes that those who answer the phones and the front office staff will take some training classes on how to deliver excellent customer service and leave your attitude off the phone. If you're having a tough day, don't take it out on us...

This is a great place! Lucia and Wilma are a dream team. Lucia was welcoming and answered my questions when I arrived. Wilma is fabulous. She explained what to expect, why the pictures are important, and put me at ease for my first mammogram. It was uncomfortable, but didn't hurt. It was over quickly. She also explained what to expect after and not to be worried if I get called back....

I have never been treated so rudely at a healthcare establishment and I see Iām not alone as her unprofessionalism is also mentioned in another review. Pam the ultrasound tech raised her voice at me yelling at me as I walked out the door- great way to treat your patients. If you can avoid going here please do. Thereās no way any of their other facilities could be worse as this was the most unprofessional experience Iāve ever encountered and I work...
