GCI Store | Homer — Local services in Homer

So apparently I just found out today that my ex husband was allowed to walk into the store. Assces my account, not as an authorized user financed him a new iPhone 13, port in a line from another carrier, and then let him walk out.

Mind you he is not on my account, we are divorced, he accessed it he financed it, and then left it like it's he's going to stick it to me.

Are you serious???

Then customer service looked it up told me I can only get the phone from my ex, and cancel the phone line while paying for the phone.

P.s. he's not on my account. He's not an authorized user on the account... omg are you kidding me? Yeah this is going to be handled very soon.

So Maybe we should just do that to all our neighbors lines if Homer's giving away...

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Not only is it impossible to talk/call someone, there's mask restrictions in the store even when nobodies there.
