I have made several purchases at this store without incident. But I purchased two flat fixers on New Year's Eve, right before going out of town. Neither worked on my flat tire as advertised. They pushed a little air into the tire and then stopped, without any significant improvement in inflation. (Ultimately, I found I did not have a puncture but did have a very slow leak.) After returning to town several days later and at my convenience after being inconvenienced by the failure of the fixers to work, and spending another hour at the time on another remedy, I returned them to the store on Jan. 11. I was met with assertions that I used them when they were cold, although nothing on the devices says they have to be kept at a minimum temperature. I don't even think they were very cold when I used them, because I had them in the house and used them within an hour or two of purchase. And I was met with a "And you're just returning them now?" Nothing was offered as a remedy. The approach was not one of trying to satisfy a customer's grievance but of trying to explain why they didn't have to do anything. Poor customer service. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

My battery was dead one morning in Dec., I bought it in July. I took it back they tested it it came out bad so i said i want to exchange it for another one from the warranty.
