The quality of their ingredients is exceptional; we use their high-polyphenol olive oil daily for the health benefits. The owners are so welcoming and knowledgeable, always happy to share information and offer samples. We love that we can try any oil or vinegar before we buy. Plus, they offer samples of their other delicious products, like their fantastic breads and cheeses. The balsamics alone make great salad dressings.
