The place smells like nail chemicals, no windows The staff is so rude, they don’t smile, they don’t reply. When she went look for something I stood up for a sec to get the wifi password and she told me to sit down like I was in kindergarten. She tried to cut my cuticles 3 times even though I told her not to (I’m a doctor, it’s very unhealthy to cut them, cuticles have a purpose) I showed her a picture of what y wanted and she should’ve told me she couldn’t do the work properly beforehand. She didn’t get the design as it was in the picture and she polished my fingers. When I wanted to pay they inappropriately told me I needed to give her tips and in cash. After I said ok they tried to add more money to my card so I gave her tips. They were constantly speaking in another language infront of me which was very rude in an English speaking country, and annoying. I also had to listen to her ipad speaker the whole time. You clearly never went to have your nails done in Latin America. You have a lot to learn about customer experience.
