I had a disappointing experience at this store recently. I was asking about a luggage product that could carry an electric bike, and I specifically needed to understand the difference between carry-on and checked baggage rules. The salesperson gave me confusing and inaccurate information, saying that “carry-on doesn’t have weight limits when flying,” which is simply not true for most airlines.

Instead of helping clarify things, he kept asking if I was interested — even though I was still trying to understand the basics. I told him I’d think about it and come back another time. As I was about to leave, he made a comment under his breath and laughed, which came off as rude and unprofessional.

The whole interaction felt dismissive and awkward. After researching them, I found they’re operating the same scam in other malls across the country with no accountability from mall property managers.
