One of the girls that is working right now: medium sized, mid tall with brown hair working July 19th 2025 @ 1:30pm is not friendly at all, and did not respond politely when my family was asking for sunglasses. As soon as we asked her if there were new sunglasses of the ones we picked out, she was rude and didn’t respond. Not sure if she had a bad day but we apologized for the inconvenience and she STILL didn’t respond to our apology either. Said thank you after our purchase and again, no response. Horrible customer experience. We walked in, and there were only 3 other people in the store. 2 salespeople behind the desk chatting with each other and on their phones, not even looking up or paying attention to the other customers... now we first saw this store in Houston at the galleria and had a wonderful experience and bought a few things that my wife loved, they said that there was one in hawaii so we were excited to take a look.
