UPDATE 12/26/24: The bracelet I purchased from this business has a small piece that broke off. I contacted the business in November to see if it could be repaired. I paid for the shipping and waited patiently. I had email communication with the assistant and she was very helpful. I was sent a tracking number for my bracelet to be shipped back but there was no tracking and it showed the package was never received. I sent follow up emails and was informed that the shipping label was created but my repair was still pending. I was given a date of 12/22 that it would be shipped, but it still wasn't shipped. Long story short, I sent several direct messages to the business owner on Instagram to ask about this bracelet and was told it would ship 12/26. When I checked the tracking number, it still showed that package was not received. The owner responded to me "that just because it was with usps it doesn't mean it was going to be scanned and at this point usps can help me." I was shocked at this business owners lack of concern and how she responded to me. I will never spend money with this business again, and neither should you. Poor quality and lack of concern and care for their customer. Gabriella has a brilliant eye for her craft. If you have the opportunity to shop with her in person - GO! She was able to curate a beautiful 14k earring stack for me and worked to find a combination to complement my aesthetic and ear anatomy. I tend to be particular when it comes to buying jewelry, but whenever I shop at Human Design Hawaii I find a new piece every time. The details she’s able to fit into each and every piece is truly amazing (my favorite so far has to be the scalloped hammered huggie hoops). In addition, the local pop-ups offer unique one-of-a-kind designs that are SO stunning! I have very sensitive skin and was weary to purchase SS earrings as most irritate my skin after long wear, but the quality of the SS used is 10/10.
