DO NOT let yourself get trapped by the super friendly Jakob and Adam from Oceane - Trésor Rare in Honolulu shop. After Jakob gave me skin treatment, he tried to convince me to buy the products and gave me 50% discount after I said I did not want to buy the product due to other expenses I had at that time. My big mistake was I ended up buying a big package of the product he introduced me. Within less than an hour after the treatment, my skin started to feel burnt, itchy and got swollen. I called him, sent him photo of my face with the allergic reactions. After backward and forward correspondences, he agreed to take back the products I purchased. We returned all products we bought from his shop on 22/12/2019. Jakob refused to issue the receipt from accepting the returned products but instead he asked my husband to sign a copy receipt of the product we purchased. Later, I realised he did it because the initial receipt wasn’t signed on the “refund policy” section, even he said it was only to allow him processing the refund money. Jakob promised the refund money will be processed within 5 days which was due on 31st December 2019, until now we couldn’t reach him. On the 8th January 2020, I received all returned products delivered back to my address. It made me so confused, what should I do with the products. Jakob knew that I had really bad skin allergic reaction to his product. I’ve been trying to call the shop as well as to call and text Jakob but no one answered the call. People may say at least I have the products back, but for me it is useless as I would never be able to use Oceane - Trésor Rare products without suffering allergic reaction. This is definitely a scam!!! I was told by Jakob Giovanni I would receive refills for 12 months. I purchased the products on March 10th and I took some products with me as well as my first month of products with me that day!! Jessica gave my credit card company false information and said Jakob mailed me my products on March 25th which was a lie!!!! He mailed me toner that he had failed to put in my bag!! They charged my credit card $386.42 for 3 different months and I shipped back the empty bottles that I was told to mail back!! And for some odd reason they keep coming back to me! Even aftcard!!!er he sent me a new address that they had moved to a different building supposedly 2 buildings down!! I had to file 3 different disputes against Vish (Tresor Rare) because they wasn't doing what they told me in March what they said they would do!!
