No wonder this place has so many great reviews. First, the selection of clothing and souvenirs are great! Clothes, magnets, pouches and hand crafted items are perfect to bring back home to loved ones and friends.

Second, the customer service was great. No one followed me or profiled me as if I was unwelcomed. We needed help looking for an item we already had in our basket and she simply just showed us where we got it from instead of wasting time wondering why we forgot where we found it.

The prices are amazing. Been shopping around Waikiki and honestly this place has the best prices! So glad I came here first before being let down at other places. Should...

Never really review places, but the old viet lady that works there had such a terrible attitude with us for no real good reason, and the first one like this that we’d encountered on this trip. We only asked what I would consider pretty normal questions from customers, such as where to find things and if there were certain colors available. Did also notice she had a much better attitude with the white customers visiting the store, so probably no issue there should that be the case for you. Almost walked out, but ended up buying a dress cuz it looked good...

Even the price might be lower then the shops around but the older white lady with glasses is the most nasty, most grumpiest and most unfriendliest staff you will ever see in your holidays. Seems like she is unhappy with herself and leave all the frustration to you. They sell clothes claiming it was made in hawaii. If you see the tag it is all made in vietnam.
