Fernando is a miracle worker! I lucked out when another masseuse and physical therapist buddy went to see Fernando for a treatment. When she can me home, she was singing his praises and told me I should see him for my plantar fasciitis issues. (For the past 6 months, when I get up in the morning- my feet hurt so much that I cannot walk. I have to go down to floor on my hands and knees and stretch for 15-30 minutes just to be able to walk across the room). Anyways, Ive been doing yoga, weekly physical therapy sessions, my daily exercises and stretches, and accupuncture while wearing orthotics and I thought I was going to be kind of crippled the rest of my life. Wonder if wonders- I went to see Fernando and because he’s got experience with clients with plantar fasciitis- he knew exactly what to do. He found tight muscles from my calves to my hips - spent over two hours working those muscles until they were putty. Not going to lie, I limped out of Fernando’s treatment room. But the next morning, I walked straight out of bed and found myself in a state of shock. Zero foot pain. Zero! Fernando’s treatment not only relieved me of that crushing pain, but he taught me that my right hip muscles and hamstrings are to blame. Now I know what to focus on in yoga and my daily exercise routine and it’s going to change my life. I am overwhelmed with gratitude. I’m a farmer. I work on my feet all day. The pain did just hurt- it scared me to death. I thought I was going to become crippled. And now, I just have to get make sure I stretch and roll out these stubborn muscles. Technically, he’s not a doctor, but Fernando did what no doctor has been able to do yet. Fernando consistently delivers superb therapeutic customized massage. Have been his client since 2010 because his massages are effective and he accommodates in a kind and nonjudgmental way (massage depth, strength, room temperature, music, etc.).
