Such a bad experience. I went for a haircut. I had a long hair before, I told clearly to not make my hair short. But, she failed in doing that, made my hair too short.

When I asked, the lady who did my haircut is trying to convince me and then with a loud voice some other staff came into the conversation saying “I saw you had a very short hair before” and then I showed a picture of mine which I took a day before my haircut. And then they said, I am showing a picture that was taken long ago. And then I showed the date when the picture was taken. Such a worst worst experience I ever had.

Anna has been cutting my hair expeditiously for over a year. I've been told my hair is difficult to cut my whole life and typically hair stylist will not get it right until the the 3rd or 4th time. She got it right the 1st time & told me how easy is to cut so I will continue to see her. The only other time someone cut my hair correctly the first time was when I paid over $80 + tip at a high end salon. I went in for a basic trim. I asked for 2 inch trim. I did not ask for anything else. The hairdresser decided to layer my hair and thin my hair. I did NOT ask for layers or for my hair to be thinned. My hair is already fine and thin it did not need to be thinned. I wear my hair in braids for work. My hairs falls out of the braids very easy due to my hair type and adding layers and thinning my hair makes it just fall of the the braid. I look like a frizzy mess in like an hour.
