This place was great mostly for the experience. When I usually go into designer bag shops they usually are slightly pretentious and rude about the experience. With this place, at first I was not allowed in because I tripped up the stairs (he thought I was drunk lol) But when I got in, the lady at the desk was super nice and accommodating, and then the manager who we worked with earlier welcomed us back! Nice prada with plenty to look at, on my last visit I bought 1 bag, 1 wallet and 1 pair sunglasses. I had a good experience and the sales staff were nice. However this recent visit I was followed around by a staff. It would have been a lot better to not be followed around or have them listen to my private conversation with my husband. We would have bought a men's bag but decided to leave. The vibe is off here and they seem desperate to sell...

A pair of shoes (at a retail $750 plus the sales tax) was bought a day before, and needed to return with a reason the back inside of the shoes leave stains on the heel of the socks. Store manager name starts with a letter S would not accept return nor gives a store credit because it was warned. He was rude by saying showing the stain on the socks was the customer's problem. Very poor customer service and overall experience at the store...
