The scuba diving lesson could have been better. First they sent instructions on times to arrive and what to wear. It described that you had to be on time and ready or else you would be out. Instead I show up ready and others are not. They do not tell them too bad, instead I had to wait for the people to get there and then when they showed up unprepared, had to wait again for them to go get water clothes. This delayed the lesson so we did not start on time. Then the guys that were supposed to be part of the tour said they couldn't swim. Seriously?! Who goes to a scuba lesson and can't swim? Does this stop the tour operator? Nope. Needless to say we had to stop twice, one at a time as those who could not swim, got freaked out just trying to use the equipment and trying to go under water. We would all have to go back to shore to stay with the instructor while she had to take them back in. I did not get the hour and a half lesson that I paid for. We (me and the last guy who kept having issues with his mask) spent maybe 15 minutes swimming around the lagoon. The instructor had us make some hands signals under the water to take some quick mini videos. Then we were told that's it. After getting out, taking a quick shower in the park and walking back to my hotel, i realized how bad this tour was. Thus was supposed to be an hour and a half tour. I was already back to my hotel (20 minutes walk) by the time the tour was supposed to be over. So starting late and finishing early and spending most of the time with the instructor babysitting other persons in the group. Very disappointed. I should have been offered a refund or another tour but instead they just said, it's like this all the time. Very disappointing. Even my photos and videos had the other guy in them. Not even separate. I don't want to pay for photos of some random people that made...

I loved Jenny as our scuba instructor, she was fantastic! This was my first time doing this so it was a good intro course. However, I did not like the dive spot they chose. I felt like we hardly saw any cool fish or coral and the area was not clear underwater. I feel like it was more clear going snorkeling on our own at electric beach. The gropro footage was nice to have as part of the package, but you can see how fuzzy and sandy the water was and very minimal wildlife was caught. We saw a cool sea cucumber and flat tiger looking fish that blended in with the sand. Overall, Jenny and John did great and were friendly. It was more so I was disappointed in the location they chose as well as the gopro footage of us and the water. My feedback is the the footage would be cooler and more clear if it was shot closer to us to see us better or while we were swimming. Many videos were far away and hard to see, the camerawork could be improved since you can hardly see us scuba dive. There was also minimal footage of us, most shot at the other couple and barely any scuba/water shots at all. It would have been really cool hawaii momentos to have. We had the most incredible time on our scuba diving tour, and it was all thanks to Nick! From start to finish, he was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. As first-time divers, we were a little nervous, but Nick made us feel completely at ease with his calm and reassuring presence. He explained everything so clearly and took the time to ensure we felt comfortable and safe every step of the way.

The dive itself was absolutely breathtaking! The underwater world was even more magical than we imagined, and Nick guided us to some of the most beautiful spots. His passion for marine life and diving really showed, making the experience even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide—his enthusiasm, professionalism, and friendly attitude made the trip unforgettable.
