This trolley is worth suing over false advertising. They say a shuttle arrives every 10 minutes, but the reality is closer to 30-45 depending on the time of day and the weather, where the hotter the weather the longer the wait. The price is cheap but reliability is horrendous. Expect a long wait, with zero shade at numerous stops, generally long lines and the occasional rude driver.
Other notes, exact change is required, strollers are not allowed on upper decks, and occasional full trolleys will arrive after your 45 minute wait in the sun. If you have 4+ people, a cab or Uber will be faster and similarly priced, and take a fraction...

Read moreWe waited for an hour at the Hilton Waikiki Beach stop and 40 minutes in I tried to contact the company to see if a trolley was coming with no response. We gave up at one hour went to the convenience store nearby asnd when we came out the people were still at the stop. We did see one on the beach side but it was so packed nobody could get on. We tried later in the afternoon and waited 15 minutes with others that were already at the stop, gave up and 10 minutes later we saw it go by. Good idea but didn't work for us.
