This is the first time I’ve went through a place to make payments. I went to another store first. I didn’t find theirs very clean, but had been warned about rent a center & how the customer service is. I am 7 payments in & I can most definitely say the customer service on the managers part is not friendly! Matt, & Cody are wonderful! I was told after the 5th payment I could do arrangements, which was when the snow came in. I was told after it was too new of an account. I am always on time & very communicative. I don’t even want to call to make my payment to even deal with Juan the manger. I’m always hoping someone else answers. Now as for the items I got there. They were brand new. I’m happy with my product & I was happy with the delivery. We could just spiff it up a little with the hospitality as we are all human & life it tough. $39 is no reason to absolutely be rude over. I was told one thing then another. Overall, everyone is great, clean store, affordable payments, delievery was great! The other gentlemen are respectful, helpful & really good at what they do. I can’t say that so much about Juan the manager, & I believe he should be on the same page with all his customers. I was dealing with two toddlers that were very sick. That’s why I replied pay instead of calling since it was offered I figured there would be no issue. No response the next day I received yet another text saying to pay via text from the store I replied multiple times again. When I finally got a chance to call and pay since I was getting no replies to the text the manager Juan Romero told me he’s going to send his men to get the couch. After two days of me trying to pay.
