Reposting because the business took down my critical review. TLDR: Gorjana did not honor the price tag on their jewelry when a higher price was rang up in their system.

I came here with my friend because my friend wanted to purchase a gift for someone. Cute interior design is all this place has going for it. Neither of the 2 female employees greeted us nor smiled when we entered. When my friend asked for help with figuring out their "proprietary clasp" they looked so annoyed when helping her. Additionally, the piece my friend picked was listed as $60 on the tag, but when the employee rang her up, it was $65! When my friend asked them to honor the price tag, the associate refused, saying only the manager (who was out of office) could do it, and that they meant to update all the price tags but haven't gotten around to it. The jewelry is cute, but not necessarily so precious that they have to choose $5 over pleasant customer experience/service. And of course, at the end of the day, $5 is not a big deal, but it is the principle of the matter - in this case I would not return to shop somewhere that does not have the basic principle of honoring...

I had a great experience at this store this past Labor Day - Rachel was the name of the associate helping me, and she was extremely attentive and patient with about 30 different things I mixed and matched to try on. Absolutely, taken aback by the establishment!! The service was phenomenal! I was helped by Asia. She was attentive and super informal! I went in just to have a look and ending up leaving with FINE jewelry. I will definitely be BACK!!!!
