Took my daughter to get permanent bracelets for her birthday. We were greeted by Bella, who was so nice and explained everything with the process, and she helped us pick out the chains and charms. Carrie was amazing and welcoming as well. Carrie took her time putting on the bracelets and choosing placements of the charms. The jewelry is nice quality and very lightweight. The bracelet bar experience was super fun! Nina was so sweet and so was the woman helping her. The Asch Building has the cutest shops and a fun coffee shop to get a treat from while waiting! The only thing was a little confusing was the “first come, first serve and no reservations”. On the website I wish they would say that time slots are given starting at 12:00 and go until 6:00. Now that I know that I recommend getting there at 12:00 when they open. 10/10 recommend...
