Marla is just absolutely amazing to do business with. We were referred to her through friends and have been so happy with my engagement ring, wedding band and my husband's wedding ring, as well as her services.

In doing thorough research, Marla's prices are unmatchable by any of the competition and the quality of her merchandise is the best. She is so helpful, thoughtful, and kind and has been so accommodating to us, despite our living 200 miles away. For example. Marla, at her cost, had my ring overnighted to Houston and back to fix the smallest of sizing issues and give my ring a good cleaning the week of my wedding. She didn't think that was "something I need[ed] to worry the week of my wedding" :-)

My husband and I are so grateful to have an ongoing relationship with a jeweler we can trust! We will continue to go back to Marla for major jewelry and diamond purchases in the future....

It's hard for me to count the number of people I know, and have sent to Marla over the past 20 years. She did an amazing job with my wife's engagement and wedding rings. Anyone I know who is getting engaged, I tell them to go with Marla for the ring. All have been completely satisfied. And they've all gone back when it was time for an upgrade years down the road. For our 10 year anniversary I got my wife a diamond necklace from Marla, and one of these days I'll be back for some earrings!

She is such a great person to deal with, extremely creative, and her prices are better than anything you can find at a retail store. I honestly can't find a reason to shop anywhere else...

The worst experience ever. Two rings were left to size. It was suppose to take a day. After a week worth of time, they still didn’t have the rings ready. I waited in the lobby on a dusty warn out black couch. Also charged us for additional work that was not needed. This place is horrible and zero customer service!! She didn’t come to apologize for the delay and had her assistant give me the bill. Never coming...
