When we came in, we had a budget… we were shown rings out of that budget and of course I fell in love with one that was out of our price range. We bought the ring but had to get it resized. When we came in to get it, the manager kept trying to hire me but I was completely uninterested as my job pays almost 3 times what they do. Then, we had to get my wedding band resized. The lady kept trying to get me to solder my rings together and I told her numerous times no but she kept on and would not stop. Then, we went to pick up the band as we got an email that day at 5:07 to go pick it up and got there at 6… the manger closed up shop over an hour early and there were four people standing on the curb very irritated and frustrated, me included and rightfully so. I called the store and they said they were closed and I said there’s nothing posted on the door just that they were closed Wednesday - it’s Tuesday - and why would I get an email saying my ring was ready and I could go pick it up that day during business hours which we did and get turned away? Went back 12/8 to pick up said order and asked to see a watch as well. I have two young kids and they were both with me and behaving but still in a bit of a time crunch. I asked to see a watch and got told I’d have to wait to speak to a sales person because the lady behind the counter couldn’t help me.
