Happy Easter! Welcomed to cafè by grumpy hostess, who seemed to be overwhelmed (they weren’t busy), waited 15 minutes in store, AFTER my scheduled pickup time. (Absolutely should’ve checked my order) I left the restaurant, thinking PAID EMPLOYEES could handle an order for 3 (2 adults, 1 kid).Once I was home, and we were ready to eat - we noticed our kids breakfast was missing. Called to inform them I would be back, expecting a refund.. whoever I spoke to handled it with a slight attitude. Once the conversation was over, it was understood I was coming back for fresh food & a refund. Once returning, I was rushed out & apologized too, while told I would receive my refund by end of day. I head home, AGAIN THINKING PAID EMPLOYEES could do their job correctly, THE SECOND TIME (I know, I know... should’ve checked), only to find out my child’s bacon - was instead a sausage link & the yogurt - turned out to be a cup of fruit. Read moreUnfortunately, I have not had great experiences with this restaurant. I usually Doordash the same order. A few times the order was not followed. When I called to let the restaurant know, I got nothing but rude responses and no ownership by the people who answered. Today, the manager actually said that I was aggressive, which was completely not true. Evidently, you are considered aggressive when you make a complaint and expect the manager to deal with it. Poor customer service to say the least. While I understand mistakes happen, I don't understand the need to be rude to customers over it. My advice to management: Please listen to your customers. An apology for the mistake with no excuses and rudeness will go a long way.

Read moreThe restaurant seemed clean and nice atmosphere upon entering. The rest of the experience was severely disappointing. After taking our food arrived, our server didn't come back for almost an hour. During that time, we were missing 2 waters and needed more coffee, and within 6 bites of my food, I found a long black hair embedded in my hasbrowns. But alas, no server to return to check on us. Eventually a member of our group got up to address we needed our server, who eventually came. He asked if I wanted the food remade, but after already sitting there for an hour and our party was finished or almost finished eating, I wasn't interested (not to mention being grossed out). It then took another 30+ minutes to get checks and receipts back: none of us needed change, just the receipts.
My meal was comped, but that overall experience was not worth the trip for any of us. 2 hours while actually eating for less than an hour is not...
