My second time shopping at this location and it was even better than before. I went in looking for single bedsheets and couldn't find anything but Queen and King Size. I wandered a bit through the isles searching and the same nice, extremely tall, Giant of a Female employee from before had noticed I needed help to drop what she was working on to offerr her assistance. "Sir?? May I help you??" Her deep but still feminine voice caught me further off guard. She was standing head and shoulders taller than me and I looked directly down to her feet to see a 2-3 inch gap exposing her Grey Socks. She had obviously grown even taller since January and her towering height and larger size shocked me. I asked where might find single bedsheets stuttering as I tried not to appear mesmerized or bewildered. I felt like a small, helpless child in her towering, giant presence!! I have never seen.anyone as tall as her or with such enormously large feet. "Oh!! I remember you. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scare you again" She smiled down at me and tried to put me at ease. "As you might have noticed I've grown another couple of inches and out of another ridiculously large Menās Specially Ordered Shoe Size. I'm not on Steroids. My muscles have actually developed to be freakishly big on their own from head to toe. And I'm still growing according to my Doctor." She put her enormously large right foot out and pointed down. "Another 2 sizes and I'm in my 20's. I just had my feet measured and fitted and my new shoes are already too snug to wear comfortably." She reached down to grab my shoulder for balance as i watched in sheer amazement how she slowly removed her shoe to free her massively large foot." I've already ordered the next size UP. Hold still. " I felt her tight grip on my shoulder as she bent down and used me as leverage to remove her enormously large right shoe exposing her dark Grey Socked freakishly big boned and muscular feet with black toe and heal. I have never seen such large feet on a man let alone a woman. "People don't believe my actual foot size and I needed to take my shoes off anyway. I have a pair of outgrown size 17 flip flops here I'll have to wear until I clock out." She reached down and repeated her slow removal of her left shoe. She then stood to her full Height and toe to toe with me looking down. "Now. I'll put on my Flip Flops and I'll help you find what you were looking for. "
We walked to the next isle where she automatically knew single bedsheets were sold out. She apologized for the store not having what I wanted in stock and offered an impressive UPsell of the Queen Size not blowing me off as most other employees have done elsewhere when I couldn't find a specific item. This wonderful Employee was knowledgeable and extremely patient as I thanked her and asked how I might give her a good review and report. She told me of the receipt and a website I used to not only commend her but enter in the monthly drawing...OUTSTANDING customer service above and beyond!! She is definitely a Star Player on this overall great Team. Please consider giving her a nice raise or...

After my experience at this location with the store Manager Vickie P., Iām so hurt and upset that I will most likely take my business elsewhere. After waiting in line for over 30 minutes I walked up with a couple of returns, and Yes I had the receipts for them. Nothing I brought back had been obviously used or damaged, boxes all still in near perfect condition. She was at the register I got called too, and immediately had an attitude over the fact that I had returns. I had a cart full of other merchandise that I was goin to purchase, which I did not after dealing with her. She literally tore through my boxes demanding that I brought one of the items back missing something that was āfree but supposeā to be in the box. Which was Never in the box to begin with when I purchased it and got it home, so she refused to return the item. Someone probably stole it out of the box at the store b4 I bought it for all I know, because if you shop at these chains, you know how thereās always things ripped open and left everywhere from ppl who steal. Either way I had no idea what she was talking about. Then my other items had yes been opened, but not obviously used, it was perfume, and I sprayed it once and returned it. Which I have returned perfume MANY other times with no problem. And been told when Iāve asked it I was able to return it if I did not like it, and was told yes by the people that work there. Iām also very respectful about how I open and return things, because I understand that they need to resell it. So again, itās not like I brought it in 1/2 used and box all tore up. And either way I HAD THE RECEIPTS! Iāve also been returning things exactly like this for years, and have NEVER had anyone refuse to return it. Itās completely inexcusable and unacceptable. I felt like she stereotyped me or something as soon as she laid eyes on me and was rude from the start. If this is how this company is going to start doin things, then they are goin to loose ALOT of business, because returns are part of retail. We bout the sheets back to tjmaxx because when we opened the bag it had a terrible stinch like it sat in a warehouse and were really disappointed. We are huge TJ Maxx shoppers and were very eager to return them and shop for some others. The cashier who checked us out quickly alerted the manager whose name was Sheena T. She immediately made statements like āWell the picture has stripes.ā The sheets we bought were an off white. She immediately made us feel as if we had done something wrong and these were not the sheets we bought 2 days ago. She went to go find another and as you know every TJ Maxx is not the same. She did not try to assist with our concern or disappointment. She did not try to call the other store to ask any questions about the current item. It was an insult that she made us feel as if we did not pay for the exact items we brought in and told us we had to return it to the Easton location where we got it from.
