I ordered online via uber eats for pickup on a late night trip. I waited until they said the order was ready for pickup to head over. Took about 10 min to get there. I assumed by ordering ahead of time it would be a quick pickup and go as it usually is when you order in advance. That was not the case this time and unfortunately I was in a uber to pick it up. When I got there it was completely dead. I mean I even questioned if they closed early it was so dead there and in the surrounding area. I told the guy through the speaker I was there for a pickup and was told to pull around to the window- ok cool. However after getting to the window the guy greated me kindly and said if he just a moment. That moment ended up being over 15 min long. To his credit he was super nice when he brought the order finally but I'm guessing he was the only person working and waited until I got there to actually make the order. He informed me everything was hot and fresh which is a very nice gesture and normally I wouldn't have minded as much had I been in a personal vehicle but being in an uber put me in a precarious position with my driver who definitely did not appreciate waiting at the window all that time and was visibly upset which not only lowered my rating but cost...
Read moreI feel when working with food you should not have to ask an individual to change their gloves if they use a rag to wipe down the counter if they touch money if they touch their hat or rub their gloves against their apron or texting on their phone, you should only have gloves on when it’s time to prepare the food unfortunately at this location when the manager was putting the burgers on the grill, he leaned the burgers against his shirt dirty dirty and then he kept grabbing the trashcan. Also a worker had used a rag to wipe down the countertop and I asked if they could change their gloves. I don’t understand why there is an attitude or frustration when you ask this of them because it should be common sense to just do I don’t want hair or anything on my food, this location is by far the dirtiest one Also, they’re allowed to touch your food without gloves that isn’t cooked, which I find unsanitary because also an individual was sweeping with a broom and then thought it was best to go get some mozzarella out of the freezer and drop them without even washing their hands. I arrived at the staff was nasty the building had trash laying around and an older nasty man saying he was the manager would not release my order he kept telling me food was not paid for he wanted to extort me for $47.19 even when I showed him the receipt stating my husband paid $53.79 he was nasty and rude and this is not the first issue I have had with this nasty person this is the 4th.
