Waxing nightmare. I saw the positive reviews for the nail salon part of this business, so I took a chance that their hair removal would also be high-quality and scheduled a Brazilian.

Instead, after an excruciating hour, I spent NYE icing my downstairs and today I am still swollen and my skin is literally blistered. Plus I left the appointment covered in wax and with cotton fluff in unspeakable places and the hair wasn’t even fully gone!!

Tldr: if you’re looking for a wax, you’d be better off with hot glue and duct tape. Seriously, their waxing is a health risk. Avoid...

Absolutely delightful nail salon, it’s relaxing, clean and tasteful inside, very warm and welcoming. I booked online which was convenient. I had a manicure and the tropical deluxe pedicure by JR, it was honestly the best pedicure I’ve ever had. He was fantastic. Amazing foot massage and attention to detail. Tara was so sweet she offered drinks and they were all very kind. It’s a gem of a business, highly recommend it! You can tell she’s put her heart into it, I had a great experience and left with beautiful nails....

The design was beautiful but 2 of my cuticles got cut to the point of bleeding, the acrylic goes up onto all of my cuticles. I got them done a couple days ago and they are all lifting already due to the acrylic being on my cuticles. On one of my fingers the acrylic went so far up past my cuticle that I had to go home and file it down so it would stop digging into my skin resulting in another cut...
