Bounce Luggage Storage - Historic Downtown — Local services in Jersey City

AVOID BOUNCE AT ALL COSTS! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Back in August, I purchased a package acceptance service through Bounce and paid the service fee upfront. When I was notified that my package had been delivered, I promptly picked it up that same day.

Yesterday, I noticed an unexpected “late pickup fee” charge from Bounce, claiming I had just picked up the package that day. However, I haven’t left my house in days, and as mentioned, I had already picked up my only package on the delivery date back in August.

To make matters worse, today Bounce has charged me additional “late pickup fees” for two imaginary packages, claiming they were delivered in late August and that I only picked them up today. This is entirely false—I never received or requested service for any additional packages, and I have not left my house in days!

These three transactions—yesterday’s charge and the two from today—are completely fraudulent. Please investigate and issue a full refund...

We booked storage for 4 items through the website, without ever laying eyes on the place.
