I'm very disappointed with this pharmacy. As someone with a high-risk pregnancy, having constant delays with my prescriptions is incredibly stressful and dangerous. I had to go through the hassle of getting a prior authorization through my insurance, and even then, I had to call on a 3-way with my insurance company just to get basic items covered.
Almost every month, I run into issuesâwhether itâs a delay, miscommunication, or being told different things by different staff members. It's never a smooth process, and I've had to go up to a week without prescriptions, all because of simple overrides that shouldâve been handled efficiently. Iâve paid for prescriptions out of pocket before just to avoid the hassle but I cannot afford that every month.

The prescriptions are never ready no matter when you call them, the kids they hire to manage the front end are rude and unprofessional and actually are enthusiastic about having customers transfer their prescriptions to other pharmacies. My family will no longer use this pharmacy, there are much more pleasant local pharmacies with much better customer service that would actually appreciate the business. The person who answered my phone wouldn't help me and recommended I contact CVSďźďźďźYou are the CVS pharmacy rightďźďź. I asked her the phone number that I was supposed to reach, but she said I would have to find it myself. The attitude was rude and unhelpful. I explained that I do not want them to prepare the pills that I cannot pick up, then she pretended to ask for my dob and name and quickly hung up. It was a bad experience.
