I came in this morning at 8 a.m as soon as the doors opened. I was at the Women’s Clothing department and there were two employees about 8 feet away from me in the same department. I overhear one of the employees tell his coworker In Spanish ( La Muchacha) which means “The Lady”. In other words, Be Vigilant, as it looks like I might steal. I know for sure this was meant for me as I was the only customer in that area and there were about 3 other customers in the entire store. Although I may not look it, I am Hispanic and understand the Spanish language very well. I then continue to shop and walk to another department, now, I noticed the same employee contacted another coworker through there walkie talkie, this time I didn’t hear what he said but it was no coincidence that now I have another gentleman staring at me. At this point I am extremely uncomfortable and just want to pay for my items so I can leave. I understand if there is theft going on at this location and they are just doing their jobs, as I do not take it personally. However, please be more organized. Do not assume a customer is not going to hear you or understand the language that you speak. Also, before you speak, check your surroundings, as I heard everything loud and clear since the store was empty and there wasn’t any music playing. Or maybe you should move to another position at work since you do not fully understand how to do your job. Another tip, I am no criminal, but I am sure that if any thief that has intentions of going to steal, will not show up as soon as the store opens where they can easily get caught since the store is empty at that time. Note to the employee: I love how you were so sassy and thought you were two steps ahead.
This is also not the first experience at this location that I have with an employee following me and making it obvious. This location needs to train their employees better.
Makes me want to just shop online and not...
Read moreZERO STARS. I would never recommend for anyone to shop at this Target because I encountered very rude, unhelpful, and apathetic employees in-person and on the phone when I tried to make a return. I bought a $100 INTEX built-in pump, gray air mattress April 14th and when I got home and opened the box, a completely different, much cheaper, blue air mattress was inside and it didn’t even have the pump it needed. A week later I went to return it and the "manager" told me I needed to call Guest Relations to resolve the issue, just for the Guest Relations rep to tell me the return policy was up to the discretion of the store and to speak to the manager. These people had me running around in circles for an entire hour. Mind you, the rep on the phone asked to speak directly to the store manager and she refused to come to the phone and kept relaying information to her co-worker to tell me. I needed the mattress the day I brought it because I moved into a new apartment. Because of this mishap I had to spend $175 to stay in a hotel and overnight ship a new air mattress from Amazon. At the very least, I should get a refund for the inconvenience and it is quite obvious one of their employees pulled a switcheroo because the box was sealed with Target branded stickers when I completed my purchase. But Target could care less about their loyal customers. One of your employees clearly removed and took the expensive, bigger air mattress, replaced it with a smaller, cheaper mattress, and sealed it with the Target stickers on the side, and I should have to pay for it. It is very simple for Target, a multi billion dollar company to refund a measly $100 and I am sure there is someone in power, much higher up than the store manger and the phone rep, who can override this ridiculous return policy for air mattresses. And maybe stop outsourcing customer rep jobs to people in...
Read moreThis location used to be good but you can tell they are lacking management in a big way. I spend about $1000 a month at this store and today was my last day. I had to walk out of there twice In the past couple of months, leaving my cart behind. Today the store was ridiculously busy with only four lanes open (as usual when it's busy). The lines were going down the isles and it took a good couple of minutes just to walk through to get to the other side. Now here is me with my two small children and a few things in my cart making my way to electronics to check out (I go there enough to know the secrets). When I arrive there are three employees behind the counter and no customers. I was super psyched. I then said "can I check out here?" As I started to unload. And the young girl, with king straight black hair, black shirt, in fluorescent yellow lipstick (I kid you not) said "10 items or less. I counted and I had 13. She said again, real snarky, "10 items or less". I said "there are 500 people trying to check out over there. It's a madhouse. It just took me five minutes to get to you as you're going to send me back over there for three extra items?" And she said "yup". Her colleague said "just take her" but she wouldn't. . So I said. "Your loss. I'm leaving this cart and everything in it and I will be contacting corporate." Well done lady. Anyway never again. Avoid this location like the plague. As other reviewers have written aside from the redonculous staff, they never have anything in stock, nothing is where it belongs, the place is a disaster and I wouldnt trust any of the fresh meats, milk, etc. When you have staff like they do combined with poor management and likely poor values, I can assure you they're not rushing to make sure the chicken I left behind got put back in a reasonable...
