The doctor and all the accompanying staff were highly unprofessional. First off, the doctor issued incorrect prescription to my wife due to which her ability to view actually diminished upon wearing the prescription glasses (so she had to return the glasses). Second off, when we tried to get a refund, we were told rather rudely that the 'services' have been rendered, and didn't receive so much as a call from the doctor's office apologizing for the inconvenience we faced. In all these years, this is the first time I have seen the doctor herself going to the counter and billing the customer. If I were a doctor, my focus would have been on why the prescription wasn't correct rather than (the staff) telling us to 'buzz off' and keeping the services fee. DO NOT GO TO DR TAILOR!! Avoid this eye doctor! I received an incorrect prescription, and when I contacted the office, they nonchalantly informed me that I wouldn’t be refunded for their mistake.
