One star so this will register. Actual rating is 0. Avoid at all costs (which are significantly above INSANE by the way). Building staff are AGGRESSIVE, abrasive, hostile, and invasive, among others. Particularly noting the building super and the assistant to the property manager. This building and its staff will stop at NOTHING to make themselves feel important. If you LOVE being condescended and being spoken to with overt elitism and entitlement - this is your spot. If you LOVE a building iithat treats others like second class citizens (on a good day) - look no further. If you LOVE continued silence and inaction by the management of an āeliteā property, in the face of REPEATED notification that an animal is VISIBLY being neglected (left caged in the summer VISIBLY covered in feces) - act now and buy here. If you love rats in a āprivateā dog park - youāre gonna love it. Do you wish you could be baited into an unwanted confrontation - book an appointment now. BUT WAIT THERES MORE - if you act now⦠property staff will follow you down the street screaming and threatening you as you try to leave the āsituationā! Hurry while supplies last!
If itās worth noting - Iāve lived a block away for almost 5 years now. This place is the ONLY ONE causing issues in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is an overall good place to rent. One of the best indoor swimming pool, and additionally great amenities such as the mini golf, nice lounge etc. But considering purchase a unit, you need to be careful. Starting from 2022 they change a management office, after which one of the elevators broke down for almost a month with no repair, and the spa pool often comes with a lot of foam like polluted water from paper mill. These cases never happened before, and the office replied slower than before as well. I cannot say they switch to cheap management but it is a common signal occurring for many tall buildings after the first several great years. And do not buy the units facing north because if you are of light sleep, the notices from the railway stations at night can definitely guarantee you sleepless in JC. Moreover, the interior renovation does not worth the over-evaluated selling price. Toilet trigger is hard to push, window cannot stay open since the wind will blow it closed, the air conditioner button is set up right in the middle of the TV side without automatic temperature control in a range (it will keep running till you turn it off, like...

Hot water issues occur monthly and with little notice that they will shut the water to flush the pipes, leaving you with no water at all.
After paying HOA and amenity fees youāll spend your time enjoying the tiniest gym (that can be used not only by your building but also the neighboring one, making it too crowded), a steam room that always has an out of order paper sign on it, a soak in a questionable foamy hot tub, and 2 grills on the roof that never work.
Management office send out useless emails threatening ⦠no smoking, no children in the gym, etc but all those things persist. (The irony is the management reeks of cigarettes when you get stuck with them in the elevator, yes the elevator they take to the second floor instead of walking 1 flight and trust me they both could use a little cardio.)
They will charge you to use upstairs common spaces, as well as charge move in and move out fees ($300 non refundable).
There are far nicer area with nicer buildings and management. DO...
