Describe my Experience.......... Well where do I begin. I have been working with Computers to Go since 1 year after they opened, So since 1987. This business has changed over the years. It is a small owner operated business that cares for it's customers. I run a small business and I have to admit it is hard to make everyone happy but I try and I know that Scott the owner of Computers tries to make his customers happy as well. He is not killing it by any means like big chain stores he is just making it happen and living day to day like most of us. You can tell this when you walk into his store. It's unique and he has everything from the junk bin to new computers. This business can fix your old computer or sell you a new one. The thing I like about computers to go is the way each computer sale or repair is catered to the individuals needs. I have purchased or had repaired over 24 computers over the last 29 years and Scott has always been straight forward with what needed to be done. 24 computers may sound like a lot but I have 7 of them running right now. When they break they get fixed or when out of date replaced fast. I always leave my old computer with him so he can sell for scrap or fix it up for someone who could use it knowing everyone has different needs. I usually am upgrading to make my computer as fast as it can be. I would name my experiences but there are too many to list so let me say that any thing and everything that can be fixed on a computer has been repaired at computers to go and if it could not be they were honest and gave me my options so I could decide for myself on what I should do. I called up asking if my laptop could be repaired it being a decent gaming device and unfortunately he could not repair it due to the parts not available through his vendors and how the manufacturer didn’t let the parts out, so i called back right before close and we talked for about 25 minutes and he went above and beyond to show me some comparable options i could buy within my budget and what specs i needed to keep gaming. i’ve been out in the westport area since 2013 and this business is still running strong he is very friendly and professional and no BS. After several years of expert support from Computers To Go KC, we decided to write a review. The service Scott delivers from our experience is nothing short of outstanding. While his rates are more than competitive, a big difference is this. Scott not only completes every job as promised, he does not charge for taking Extra time to Educate his customer. With total honesty, Scott knows his stuff and we thank you for being there when needed. All things considered, we really can't imagine a better service provider in your niche....
