My husband and I came here to have some rings cleaned and fixed. We weren't offered any services and were told that all of their tools were "gone", only polished the rings a little. The man helping us kept telling us one of our rings was fake, and then he asked if we were homeless??? We handled it pretty well but were utterly disrespected and talked down to the whole time. We left him a $5 tip since us homeless folk clearly needed to take the hint that he wasn't going to help us with anything or recommend a jeweler who could.
