Friendly and good customer service to start. Once they had payment they were still friendly but the customer service fell off a cliff. We were behind on ordering wedding invitations, their price was close to other sources and were given the impression they would move quickly so we ordered here. Fast forward to thursday, we called to see status of proofs, representative said they were not done yet but they would be ready friday in accordance with order fineprint. Call friday afternoon because still had not recieved proof and was told that they now have until following tuesday. They made sure to bring up the fact that we did not pay for rush proofing, which we didnt because of the timeline they told us. Our fault we were behind but it feels as if they are punishing us for not paying extra. Ordered save the dates from vistaprint. They were very fast and customer service great...had issues with a couple of the prints and they immediately rectified the issue. Wishing had done invitations though them now. Thought because PS had brick and mortar store they would have better customer service but...

Whether I'm looking for something irreverent, touching, or simple - I always seem to find it here. We don't live in the area, but we make it a point to stop by any time we're on the Plaza.
