So the food is amazing. The music weird. But let me tell you the waitress was TRASHHHHH she had a horrible attitude immediately. I asked for half salt rim on my margarita and she rudely said ill see what I can do. How hard of a request right? 🙄 she was very condescending. My date and her had a person in common but that didn't make her any nicer. The lady across from us almost bumped into her and she made the ugliest face. Very unprofessional. My date wanted the steak plate but with chicken and she charged him for every item individually saying a chicken plate doesn't exist. She only checked on us once. My date had to call her over several times. It wasn't even that busy. Then she came by talking very poorly about the table next to us saying they accused her of stealing their credit card off the table and saying she doesn't steal. My date asked her to get more pickles and that seemed to be a problem. She finally came to clear the table and dropped a plate breaking it and only picked up one piece off the floor ..leaving the rest on the floor with mashed potatoes on it. Super slippery. Then when my date gave her cash for the check she shorted him $5.88 after she just said she doesn't steal. Then she only gave him $5 of it ..not that .88 cents is huge but it wasnt hers. She was by far the worst waitress I've ever had. I was uncomfortable the entire time. My date called her out on the money and asked her why she didn't suggest a plate that would be more cost efficient than charging for each thing separately and he told her a chicken salad is basically what he had with mashed potatoes and her response was she can't read his mind and told him he didn't want the avocado that came with the salad. He told her he loved Avocado. She said she guessed she needed to work on that. What a joke. She's such a miserable person. I asked for the manager Noel but he was in the back and my date just wanted to leave. Her name is Kristen if u so dare to go here but i certainly will NEVER go back. Needless to say we tipped her 88 cents and only cos she stole it and he didn't want to fight her for...

I went there for the first time with some friends of mine we had a few drinks outside bar away from the area . The owner looks in our car waits til we get back in the bar. He packed our food to go and told us he was uncomfortable because we had a few drinks outside not on his property he violated our privacy so he could tell us we made him uncomfortable. Every person in there thought he was being racist because we were the only black ppl there at 10pm he watched us the whole time and had a employee to tell us to leave . I told him to come tell us to leave because I couldn’t believe he kicked us out because he was “uncomfortable” I’m an artist out of Kansas City and some people no matter who you are and what you stand for they will still treat you like you stole something smh WORST FIRST EXPERIENCE EVER I REGRET NOT RECORDING IT . Not saying he is but man I’ve never been kicked out of a restaurant for being myself, we were respectful we didn’t trash anything we were nice to everyone and we get kicked out .. 🤷🏾‍♂️ This is why Houston’s in Atlanta got shut down temporarily 🤷🏾‍♂️ I don’t stand...

I recently dined at Granfalloon Restaurant and Bar, unfortunately, it was far from a pleasant experience.

To start, the spinach dip was disappointing—bland and unappetizing. The Caesar salad came with tomatoes (which don’t belong in a traditional Caesar) and wilted romaine lettuce that lacked any crunch. The low point, however, was finding a hair in my truffle fries.

Our server, Kaleigh B., also fell short of expectations. While I understand it was late in the evening, her lack of attentiveness and unfriendly demeanor stood out. She even tossed our ticket onto the table, which felt unnecessarily rude.

Although the restaurant comped the fries after we pointed out the issue, the hair wasn’t discovered until we were finishing our meal, long after we had paid. This wasn’t about trying to get a freebie; it was about basic quality and care, which were missing throughout the experience.

Overall, this visit left a bad taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively. I won’t be returning, nor would I recommend...
