As an African-American woman, I felt incredibly welcome at See's Candies on a recent Saturday morning. I went in just to browse, and a salesperson, a friendly white woman, completely turned my visit around. She was incredibly respectful and courteous, offering me excellent customer service without being overbearing. She even went the extra mile by offering me a sample, I believe it was the almond truffle, which was absolutely delicious!
