I unfortunately got coned into buying some over priced Jewlery here at this store. The salesmen were so pushy and pressured us so much. They acted like they were giving us a super good deal but in reality it was about the same price as online. They had us sign our receipt then when I decided I wanted to return my ring they said that the paper we signed was actually a waiver saying we couldn’t return the ring (none of this was disclosed before hand). Their website states they have a 30 day guarantee but they did not honor anything like that. I’ve been trying to get my money back for almost a year and they said I could exchange it if I don’t look at any Jewlery in the store before I try to exchange it. I went to this location to have the resizing fixed. As soon as the sales person realized I was not buying anything their tone changed. They charged me an additional $70 USD to resize a ring that is their brand. Egregious behaviour. So much for standing behind your product. I now doubt the purchase value of the Crown of Light. Well they will give paperwork to substantiate the free cruise but when it is time to plan for the cruise, International diamonds will not keep to their commitment based on the written paperwork.
