After a year of trying to plan my wedding by myself, I was quite literally in tears because I did not have the time or experience to plan a wedding. My husband and I were paying for everything without any help, and it was nerve-wracking building spreadsheets and watching costs rise. I finally gave up and looked for a package company.

Then we found Say Yes in Key West, and I thank goodness! From the moment I called them for the first time, all my stress and worry melted away. They took care of every single detail for a beautiful wedding with all the touches that made the special day I've always dreamed of even more amazing!

We ordered the Hawaiian Paradise package for $3,000 with a ceremony at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park's R2 location. This particular location had an extra fee of $500, but it was absolutely worth it. This location is a beautiful swath of beach, gorgeous rocks, tropical foliage, and the beach faces the sunset perfectly. It is STUNNING, especially when the sun is setting. I couldn't have imagined a more romantic place to be married!

They managed the difficult steps of the ceremony setup and breakdown, ensuring that all the vendors arrived on time, and I didn't have to worry about a thing! They handled the arbor, decorations, flowers, chairs, chair decorations, officiant, musician, photography, wedding cake, a beautiful sign made by a local artist, a ginger ale toast, transportation to and from the ceremony, and more. It seemed like an endless list, and they managed everything perfectly!

The florals were absolutely exquisite! Say Yes had Karro Florals provide the flowers, and they were the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen in my life! I was so worried they wouldn't be premium flowers, but WOW, they were stunning! They included so many floral arrangements, and draped the flowers and beautiful fabrics over a gorgeous bamboo canopy on the beach. It was SO PRETTY! They had the cake delivered directly to our reception at the Rooftop Cafe, and it tasted so amazing, everyone loved it! We ordered a two-tier cake so we could keep the top for our anniversary.

Say Yes handled all the details and served as the middle man for all my requests, and throughout every stage of the planning, they never made me feel bad for being particular about something or trying to save money. They really made it so easy, and it was the most absolutely incredible dream wedding! Just like a fairy tale!

Say yes in key west was an absolute life saver for our wedding!

My fiancé and I had hired a different planner roughly 1.5 years before our wedding to find out a year later that the above mentioned planner was a wrong decision. In June 2018 we were scrambling to re-plan our WHOLE entire 1.8.19 wedding since the planner previously contracted was an All-inclusive service. Say Yes in Key West was recommended to us by our Photographer who emailed them on our behalf. We received an email from Monika in less than an hour and were on the phone with Slava (the owner) within a few short hours. SYIKW contacted local vendors in the area on our behalf and got quotes for us the NEXT day!! Needless to say the promptness of the company and the willingness to help was outstanding and this was before we even contracted with them! In less than a week our wedding was planned like nothing ever happened. Every time I communicated with them they got back to me super-fast and any and all requests were completed without a problem. Unfortunately, a month before our wedding we had another issue with a vendor this time with our videographer. SYIKW went above and beyond to try to get the issue resolved. The final result was us needing to hire a new videographer. SYIKW AGAIN reached out to videographers on our behalf to get a videographer for our wedding. We hired SYIKW for ceremony only coordination and they FAR EXCEEDED any and all expectations. We only had a very short wedding so we didn’t need an all-day coordination but if we did I wouldn’t have thought twice on booking them! Monika and Slava are the individuals I dealt with prior to the wedding and they were absolutely wonderful. Monika is no longer with the company but Kayla is the wedding planner that was there the day of and although I didn’t get to interact with her a lot the ceremony went very smooth and I have zero complaints and I am sure she is just...

Sadly, I wish I could give 0 stars for this review. My venue, the Hyatt Centric Key West, REQUIRES a day-of coordinator. When I found this out, I had already booked all of my other vendors so there was nothing up until the wedding for Say Yes in Key West to have to do for our wedding. Because this was required, I had to hire an event planner for my destination wedding. We live in NJ, where the COVID-19 travel restrictions continue to increase daily. My wedding was originally postponed due to COVID-19, at which SYIKW already had my deposit of $1,000 (more than any other vendor required to hold a date), when the total amount for the services was to be $1,600. We ended up having to cancel our wedding due to the continued issues and travel restrictions with COVID-19 and even though Say Yes in Key West did not have a signed contract, they refused to refund me any of my deposit money and yet no services at all were provided to date. I noticed in the new contract that they asked me to sign, only when it was realized that I didn't have a contract on file, now has a clause in it stating that any cancellations due to pandemics, hurricanes or government restrictions, no money would be refunded. I refused to sign and I asked multiple times for someone to call me to discuss, and instead they would rather not return my calls. I think that at least some of the deposit money should have been refunded given the circumstances, as I had to give more than half of the total amount to hold my date and no services were provided. Its just sad to think that businesses are really doing this especially during this time to destination brides. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT USE SAY YES...
