Funky Chicken Store — Local services in Key West

The owner is the worst. My family bought a rice scoop and left. Later, I found out that my 4-year-old son had a glass chicken doll worth $6.40, so I went back and paid the bill. The owner just gave the glass chicken to my child without any packaging, and when I returned to New Jersey, I found out that the chicken's leg was broken. I thought the store was somewhat responsible for not packaging it, so I called and asked if they could send me a new one. They said they were going to a funeral and would send it when they got back. When I didn't hear anything, I texted them again, and they replied with 'Why'. They asked me why they had to send it to me, and asked for $10. They said that there were too many people like me who wanted things for free. I never asked for things for free. I just asked because I thought they were somewhat responsible for giving me glass products without packaging. But they treated me like a beggar. I was so disappointed with their response that I wrote back saying that you could lose many Chinese and Korean tourists in the future, and they sent me the text message shown in the picture. This is absolutely the worst. I'm going to report them for racism....

I was so excited to go here. The cashier was rude. Followed me and my husband around the store like we were criminals. I did buy a tshirt. Because I was specifically looking for one with a chicken on it. Since I have chickens. I tried talking with the cashier. She didn't speak very good english. Was hard to understand. And the woman comes from the back, shaking her head, and her finger at me telling me no I can’t come in. As I walk out another couple walks in and she is carrying a milkshake. With no lid.
