If I could give it zero stars I would!!! This place is HORRIBLE!!! I came in here with my family, it was a rainy day, my family and I came in to get souvenirs. There was no sign anywhere regarding wet floors. My elderly aunt fell in this store due to wet floors. She has bruises, scrapes and was bleeding. Not one employee (there were two, a guy and a girl) even bothered to help her up or ask if she was okay. Instead they laughed at her on the ground. Even after she stated she wouldn’t press charges they told us we must pay for the cups that were broken when she fell. They refused to let me pay for my merchandise if I didn’t agree to pay for the items that broke when she fell. Mind you she fell on their wet floor. When we said this to them the gentleman behind the counter said “can you not see, maybe she should watch where she’s going” when I proceeded to tell him I worked for a law firm and no signage was on display regarding the wet floor, he said they were not responsible for my aunt falling she should have watched where she’s was going. The woman employee then said we need to pay for it and said my nephew pushed my aunt (which was false, she slipped on a wet floor due to the storm and water being tracked into this store), my nephew attempted to help his aunt get up bc the employees laughed instead of checking on her. Never in my life have I experienced such disregard and lack Of consideration in an establishment. When I proceeded to ask for the video camera footage and refused to pay for the items broken until they compensated my aunt for her fall and injuries the male behind the counter swung at me. Never in my life have I experienced something like this. So I warn you, if you fall in this store they will tell you it is your fault, because you didn’t watch where you were going. The woman employee even said they don’t have any insurance and if we don’t pay the damages they have to. So don’t shop here they will treat you like dirt, disregard your injuries if you fall in there store, blame you and even go as far as hitting their customers. STAY AWAY FROM THESE STORES THEY HAVE...

My family and I came to the $5 store on 6/3/2026, I was with my two children & upon arrival we immediately changed our minds on supporting such a disgusting business. A woman had fallen in this store due to the visibly wet floors in the establishment. She was visibly injured as you could see the bruising and blood on her arms from the fall. I was behind the family of the lady who fell In the store. A young lady who appeared to be with the older woman who fell in the store attempted to pay for her merchandise and was not permitted to pay unless she covered the damages caused by the fall of the elderly woman. I was in shock at the disregard for this woman’s well being and safety, does that mean nothing to this establishment? I mean she clearly fell in your store due to your wet floors and is now being told she is responsible for damages. This is absurd, this is a clear premises liability case, this store had no signage and the employees didn’t even check on her after. The gentleman working even laughed upon the woman falling, how is this professional. The young lady attempting to pay begins arguing that she is not paying and they can call the police and make a report since the elderly woman fell in their store. They began arguing in Spanish, the young woman tossed the clothes in what I believe was her saying they wouldn’t be buying anything and the employee behind the counter proceeded to swing at the young lady, as if they had not suffered enough in this store. It was by far the most disgusting experience, after witnessing this I took my business elsewhere. The staff here is unprofessional and extremely inconsiderate. They did not deserve my business, I truly hope they get better employees or they will have a lawsuit soon if they don’t have one pending from that family already.
