I spent several hundred dollars on an eagle last fall. Brought it back home and followed every direction. I stored it for our winter months exactly as directed. I went to move her out and apply a coat on her and gasped!! She is split right down the middle!!! After speaking with the owner he proudly told me that he would send me a video of how to repair CRACKS!!!! over $700 for 9 months of owning her!!!! I am LIVID!!! I even offered to drive the 800 miles there to get a replacement!! Now 3 days later I get a text saying a carver made a video but needs permission to email it to me?? If this is a common problem, why the need to make a video? If it is not common, I deserve atleast a partial refund...

I assumed the prices would be high since the art is chainsaw made and I was prepared to window shop. As I’m walking around I see a few items that I really like and I ask for prices. Low and behold the prices were right in my range. The artist had a Tree that he offered me for a cheap price which I regret not buying. So now I must go back, oh well! I’ll be back !
