Now, for maybe the 3rd time, I have been fooled by thinking I could make it before close to this store to get my vitamins. The same box I buy every other month for 5 years. I typically shop in Newnan for that reason but I tried my best to be hopeful that today they might be open when I got there. We rushed and walked in the mall at 5:40. As we rounded the corner the lights are off and no one is in sight. After waiting around for 10 minutes, an older guy comes out from around the counter and acknowledges us standing there and then pretends we didnt exist and he didnt still have 10 minutes of company time that I assume he is still getting paid for. I don’t understand this. It is an epidemic everywhere and as long as stores let their employees get away with it, or don’t punish them, it will continue. I will take my business to Newnan from now on and I suggest anyone else who uses GNC to do the same. They can be relied upon to do what a reasonable customer would expect, nothing extra, just ya know be friendly and helpful, actually be open when their hours say they will, like I said anything reasonable. I hate that things like this determine future customer experience, but reality is what it is, I will not be coming back here, and its a shame because between protein powder and vitamins for my wife and I, we spend quite a lot of money in GNC on a monthly basis. Read moreToday I am having to go back in the store in person for the third time on top of calling customer service 8 times all because GNC shipped me the wrong products. At first I only wanted to exchange them for what I ordered but after three failed attempts I requested a refund. I have yet to receive that. I've wasted 5 hours of my time doing all the leg work trying to get them to fix their mistake. Not only has GNC stolen my money more than that they have stolen my joy.
