Stitch and Feather — Local services in Laguna Beach

Shopping at S&F is positive experience⭐️⭐️⭐️ My granddaughter visiting me here in Laguna had to shop all day!!! I found it interesting that she commented on several of the other Boutiques were not doing well with their customer service...and then it all changed when we walked into my fav clothing store, Stitch and Feather. You’re greeted with friendly, upbeat Helpful employees, served water, Literally cater to the entire time you’re in the store. I brought both of my daughters who were visiting me into the store and they loved it as well. I was able to sit and wait for them sip water enjoy the music and watch all the antics going on it was so much fun. I recently lost everything in a fire and they have been able to help me replace my clothing and come very close to some of the things I lost that I loved. Sarah, Victoria, Annie, McKenzie, Leia and Kellie know how to bring joy to the shopping experience and old fashioned customer service❤️ One of my fav experiences in downtown Laguna...

I really enjoyed my time in this little boutique the manager is really helpful really nice makes you feel welcome and she’s very sweet she asked us where were we coming from but we were doing our plans it was just so nice to actually have a conversation. Your customer service is at 10+ and her attention to detail is number one she made sure we got what we asked for and what we need it really do recommend the shop if you stop by Laguna and you’re looking for nice cute outfits I have two teenage daughters and they loved all the clothes they bought a couple of stuff and she even showed him how to use a jacket.
