Adorable store with a great selection. I walked in to ask about the boat ride otherwise I would have walked right by. I asked the girls that worked there a couple of questions and they were cold and rude! I walked around the store and asked questions about the sizes and my daughter wanted a pair of shoes and the girls never warmed up or smiled. I was ready to shop and spend money but I was completely turned off by the service. I bought a couple of thing but would have spent more. On a road trip I went to visit Lake Arrowhead for the first time. While I was walking through the village there was not much going on, however I did meet the staff at Leroy's board shop and they invited me into the store. The staff is exceptionally nice, welcoming and friendly. Any question I threw at them and any information I needed was answered immediately. Me and my boyfriend drove 3 hours for our trip to lake arrowhead. We wanted to buy ferry boat tickets and unfortunately we could only get them at this store. Both the blonde and brunette cashier women don't wear masks. When we politely asked if they could put on masks so we could buy tickets they were cold and rude and stated they weren’t mandatory when they ARE by California law. We went to report them as well...
