Jo Malone London — Local services in Lake Buena Vista

Our first time purchasing a Jo Malone scent and we left very happy and satisfied! I booked an appointment a month before since we are not normally in this area. I had learned about this complimentary “scent your wedding” which I thought was so great to figure out a scent for my fiancé and I for our wedding in the new year. The other closest boutiques are in Tampa and Miami for us and being that we were going to be in the area for the weekend for our engagement photos, it was just another great memory to add for this weekend. Deja was our scent stylist, she was very sweet, personable, and very professional explaining everything in detail, what we should expect, the etiquette of how to wear, describe how each scent was, what each scent was made of and much more, we specifically loved how we did not feel rushed at all, which is why I made this appointment because we wanted to take our time picking the perfect scent. My fiancé never owned a cologne before because he has a sensitivity to certain smells and colognes in the past have felt too strong for him to wear everyday or even on special occasions which is why it made it extra special that he found a perfect one that he loved enough for our special day and going forward. We thought we would end up picking one cologne to wear together since their scents are unisex (I love that about Jo Malone) - however we both ended up picking our own scent to wear individually and absolutely I love how they blend in together (they can be layered) As a 2026 Bride to be, I would definitely recommend doing this for your wedding or a special occasion, it was fun and special. Love the location (sheyanna) is fantastic and helped me find exactly what I was looking for which was the lime,basil,mandarin body lotion to add to my collection. She also pointed out the cypress and grapevine fragrance which will be a fabulous addition to my collection and I will ask for it as a birthday gift in Sept. I love jo malone (even tho some people are ignorant and observe a man in a perfume boutique) and make comments under their breath. Truth be they most likely are tourists without the money to spend in jo malone and don't realize that these fragrances are created unisex. In fact when out with a spouse whom you've paired your jo malone scent to theirs you will most definitely be in for compliments and people will say " the 2 of you smell amazing". I never let them know it's jo malone. If you know you just know. Aside from these tourists who were clearly out of place the visit was quick and the boutique smells fabulous which is why I like to go in person. I had the greatest experience with Jo malone at Disney Springs. I was immediately greeted by Sheyanna and lost my mind. Her Costumer services skills are un matched. I was introduced to archived fragrances that I would not have had the opportunity to smell and determine which scents were for me. It was very nice to be introduced to Jo malone’s home scents, including the candles and diffusers. I’m their costumer for life. Having a personal direct representative makes the shopping experience very specific and special whether I’m physically at the store or home.
