I visited this location on 2/26/21. I originally was not going to buy jewelry on my trip to Disney Springs but when I saw this booth, something pulled me towards it. Once I walked up to the counter, saw they had black pearl jewelry in stock and it was beautifully displayed. When I was warmly greeted by Rebecca, I knew I would be making a purchase.
I was in search of a black pearl ring. Rebecca showed me a hibiscus flower ring with a smaller pearl. It was perfect. Then I wanted to pair some earrings with it too. I ended up purchasing a ring and pair of earrings. Once I had tried on the ring, I knew it was a perfect match for me.
I didn't explain to Rebecca that I had just lost my father a few days earlier, but I did say "Dad would want me to have this jewelry. It's beautiful". I wasn't ready to open up to her right there to explain why I was purchasing the jewelry but REBECCA if you see this review... My Dad passed away a few days before I visited you and he would have wanted me to splurge and purchase some beautiful jewelry that makes me feel special. You helped me find these pieces and made me feel so comfortable to make the purchase in my time of grieving. I wear them several times a week to remind me of my Dad and my solo trip to Disney to reminisce and walk down memory lane.
Thank you Rebecca. I hope to see...
Read moreThis was a wonderful experience, Iâve wanted a pearl for a long time and I was so pleased.. until they drilled into it without asking and started showing me all this expensive jewelry that I had no plans on getting. (photo shows the 60 dollar pendant metal piece attached to the pearl..)
My plan for putting this pearl into a beautiful pearl cage was ruined all because they drilled a big hole into the side of the pearl. Now that I knew i couldnât do the cage anymore I decided to look at their cheapest pendant, the saleswoman said it was only 50 dollars but then later charged me for 60 dollars. The cheapest rings were 270 and the most expensive one was over 1,000 dollars. Even after you say no they will continue to talk circles around to trying to get you to spend a stupid amount of money on these jewelry pieces that you can get for the quarter of the price on amazon and set yourself. (I looked this up) The actual necklace they will try to get you to buy is about 100 dollars but on amazon it is only 15-25 dollars..
The experience is great, but tell them immediately that you just want the pearl or they will screw you over, and continue to remind them, stick to your guns, youâll have to to get what you want, this is a serious...
Read moreVery disappointed .. they want to give you the experience of âopeningâ your own oyster for your pearl for $18. Of course! Then she started drilling the hole in my pearl and adding a pendant to it and started packing it away and gave me the price of $93.. I was shocked as to why it was that much for just receiving the pearl! She said the chain was sold separately and that the cheapest chain was gonna be $150.. and it was very dainty as well. My friend was telling me how they were over charging for the quality at the moment and the employee became defensive really quick about it. I still unfortunately walked away with just the pearl. Just recently went to a jewelry store and they said on the spot the pearl is not real and I was definitely ripped off. What was supposed to be $18 turned to $93 real fast for just putting a pendant on it .. AND with no chain. Ruined my Disney experience tbh. Buyerâs...
