I was in the store and ready to pay. It was not even crowded. Heather at the counter served other customers and totally ignored me. Even when I mentioned it to her she continued serving another customer when he came up. The first customer she was serving were two gentlemen after they left she still disregarded me waiting at the counter to pay for a candle I meant to purchase and this is not my first time buying something from this store. I said to her she ignored me while I’m ready to pay been standing for a while at the counter. Instead of taking the initiative she said ok and just served the next customer that came went to the counter. Not sure why she has anything against me. All I did was came into the store wanting to grab the usual candle that I’d purchase. This is the worst experience ever. Why is Heather an employee even working there? It’s awful and made me feel awful for shopping there. Are your employees trained? I’ve had way better experience when the store was busy and obviously Heather was not working that day. I stomped off and didn’t even get to purchased the candle I wanted because she ignored me and proceeded to attend to the next customer that came up later. Not professional nor did she cared. I went back to get het name on her tag so hopefully management sees this and teach their staff some decency. I enjoyed making purchases here but if that’s how regular customers are treated I’m happy to take my business elsewhere. Buyers beware of Heather. I guess unless you’re a dude then you get...

We used to love coming to this store when visiting Disney Springs, and were excited about the expansion. Over the past 6 years, we have spent hundreds of dollars on different spice blends. During our last visit, we asked to sample the Mad Mojo Spice Blend, which was new to us. The prices in the store are expensive, so we always like to taste any new spice mix before purchasing. After the sales person looked through their sample packs, we were told they didn't have any of that blend to try. During a prior visit, when I'd asked to try a spice blend, and there wasn't an open sample pack, the manager would always take one off the shelf and open it for us. When I related this information to the sales person, he said the previous sales person should not have done that...end of discussion. I didn't bother telling him that it had been a manager, as he had already moved on to another customer. We had already selected some other spice packets to buy, but just set them on the counter and left. I don't have a problem with a specific store policy, but do have an issue with inconsistency, not to mention the sales person's abruptness. We were really disheartened after so many positive visits to this store. We'll give it some time...
