Tren-D — Local services in Lake Buena Vista

I had the desire to purchase two spirit jerseys and wasn’t allowed. I was able to find and get a Little Mermaid shirt, but when I asked to have the only size XL, which was on the display, Cinderella shirt it was quite a mess. Initially the girl who was helping me said “yes, let me go ask my manager.” When she returned I was given a lie for an answer. They informed me it was because of how their shipment/inventory was processed and that since it was on the mannequin I was not allowed to purchase it. I work retail. I have worked with clothes and shoes, so I know that I am able to purchase a display shirt. They were other Cinderella shirts in the larger XXL available to display, but that wasn’t what they wanted to do. I’ve been to other stores within Disney Springs, and they’ve always been helpful. Apparently that’s not the case with this location, which is unfortunate. It’s especially unfortunate that I’m a new pass holder and to have this kind of customer service...

Went to purchase a bag, the cashier rang it up weird which caused an issue. She had to have a manager come over to try to fix the issue but didn't explain exactly what happened and even after trying to explain myself, she still didn't understand and was just rude. Messy interaction and transaction that could have easily been avoided. Haven't had any other issues anywhere else on Disney property except this store.

Also when I tried to use redemption cards, the money was taken off, but then they had to restart the transaction due to their error. The cards then started declining because they took the balance off of them even though the transaction was cancelled. We were told the balance would be returned right away but as of the next...

Walked through here on the way out of Disney Springs with my family, including my young son, who kept kicking his shoes off. As I was trying shuffle my son out, a female, Australian employee started giving me extremely, dirty looks, talking about my son, and my parenting. I confronted her, and she confirmed, (incredibly surprised that I would approach her), that she was in fact talking about my son and myself. I told her, I understand about the shoes,he's two, throwing his shoes and we are leaving, not the "disgusting mom," she was calling me.
