Another very good food offering at a Disney locale, this one, a food truck of all things...
I love food trucks, though going to Disney I wouldn't expect to eat from one, or even think of coming across one, but lo-and-behold they have them. This particular one is located at Disney Springs, in the older area of the complex, right beside everyone's favorite ice cream shop (which we will leave nameless as this review really has nothing to do with them...)
The shtick here at this food truck is their taco cone - a hard taco shell, fried into the shape of a cone and filled with all the good things you would find in a taco - the meat, cheese, lettuce, guac, sour cream, and sauce. The shell itself is sizable and they pile in choices of chicken, beef, pulled pork, and brisket - plenty of it. Those of us who partook of this interesting spin on the taco enjoyed it with chicken and brisket - filled appropriately with the meat - no skimp experienced by all. One of our traveling companions choose the nachos - a meal all on its own. An enormous offering of chips, smothered in cheese, beef (this version), lettuce, and anything else you wish to add. As well, this was delicious.
Service is a bit slow, not terribly, and the orders came out in a random fashion rather than first-come, first-serve. I'm not sure how I feel about that, but it all worked out in the end.
Seating is limited, so if you show up at a busy time expect to eat standing up, so the taco was easy to deal with, whereas the nachos were not. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience - the food was top-notch, the serving size was bigger than what you would expect within the confines of a Disney locale, and the standing-up-while-eating experience is not necessarily foreign when eating...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at 4R Cantina, and I can't stop raving about their birria tacos! From the moment I walked up to the truck, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home.
The birria tacos were nothing short of spectacular. The meat was incredibly tender, bursting with flavor, and the consommé for dipping was the perfect touch, adding a rich depth to each bite. The tortillas were fresh and perfectly grilled, making every taco a delightful experience.
I also tried their quesadillas, which were equally impressive. The cheese was gooey and melted to perfection, and the combination of ingredients was delicious.
The service was top-notch; our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. The overall vibe of the food truck is lively and fun, making it a fantastic spot for a meal with friends or family.
If you're in Orlando, do yourself a favor and visit 4R Cantina for some of the best birria tacos and quesadillas around. I can't...
