Crystal Arts by Arribas Brothers at Disney Springs — Local services in Lake Buena Vista

We decided to make a shopping run on the last night of our most recent Disney stay, and came across the “Co-op.” We didn’t have a plan to buy anything specific, but as we were perusing the many beautiful blown glass objects on display, we came across a deep blue glass dolphin breaching amid crystalline waves of clear glass. The dolphin has a special meaning for us, and we decided It was ours.

This is where the reason for the 5 stars I’ve given it comes into play. We were very satisfied/pleased with the help the sales clerk (I wish I could recall his name) gave us. The glass blower who was on his way home stopped to answer some of our questions (I kind of feel I owe him a dinner as I’m sure we kept him from his). The cast member walked us through the process of shipping our new found art, and the artist who we spoke with gave us some background of the artisan who created our piece, Joseph Brubaker. Sadly, we were told he’d passed away, which made our dolphin that much more precious to us.

I’m a worrier, and I was on pins and needles hoping that the dolphin made it home across the country in one piece. I needn’t have worried at all. Arribas Brothers took care of our glass work of art, wrapping it up in so much bubble wrap that I don’t think I’ll ever have to buy any in perpetuity! The dolphin was perfectly safe, and reached us in a relatively short time.

We were very happy with the service we received, and the care they took sending us our purchase, and won’t hesitate to do business...

My mother and I were greeted by this kind gentleman Sean who was cleaning the Swarovski glass and struck up small conversation and he told us to give him a holler if we needed assistance.

Admittedly when I went in I wasn't planning on buying anything but my mom had a great idea of buying a trinket box for when I propose to my girlfriend.

I looked around for Sean and found him and asked if he could help me cause I wanted to see the price on a Winnie the Pooh and Piglet trinket box and he was over to us in a flash.

He was very helpful and informative about the product and gave a demonstration of the size of the trinket box to ease my concerns.

The conversation with him was so pleasant the entire time and he was sharing some wisdom from his life once I mentioned that I was going to propose to my girlfriend. He was so attentive and caring with us and he even wrote down his phone number do I could send him pictures of the proposal. That was truly amazing and made all the difference and I gave him the best I could of a firm handshake.

He is a gentleman, a kind soul, and I hope to be able to interact with him again in the future....

If I could give Arribas Brothers 100 out of 5, I would - they are an amazing company with amazing people. My child and I visited a location recently and encountered an issue that left us a little disappointed. But I felt like their guest services would want to know about it so I wrote them an email just to let them know what happened. I was SO blown away by the company's response, I honestly don't think I've ever had better customer service in my life. Not only did they address the issue and make apologies, but they also refunded me completely when I didn't even ask for that, and the general manager came to my home and hand-delivered the item my son made and an extra bonus item. My partner and I talked for almost an hour and it was just such a pleasure to meet them. This was the ultimate white-glove service. I just want to say that this is a really wonderful company and I encourage everyone to visit them while they are at Disney Springs or in the parks! They care about their customers, and they take...
